Room-by-room lighting zones, AV layout, control system design, shading schedule, network architecture. Every load identified, every device placed, every cable path engineered — before a wire is pulled.
Fixture schedule, bill of materials, wiring schematics, Lutron/Crestron submittal drawings — everything your GC and electrician need, delivered before groundbreak. Equipment sourced direct through authorized manufacturer relationships, tied to the spec.
Structured cabling roughed in during framing to CEDIA cabling guidelines — every run labeled, tested, and documented before insulation and drywall close the walls. Coordinated directly with your framing and electrical schedule.
Keypads, speakers, shades, cameras, and touch panels terminated and mounted after paint. Every device verified against the drawings — placement, termination, and function — before finish trades close in.
Head-end rack built and documented, scene setup, device enrollment, network segmentation, and a full system test against the original design. We don't leave until everything works the way it was designed.
End user walkthrough, system training, as-built documentation, and activation of the client portal. Ongoing system health monitoring and service support from day one of occupancy.
